Walcot Hall
Walcot Hall is one of the finest wedding reception venues in the West Midlands.
The perfect size for a ‘Walcot’ wedding reception is 120 guests, although the Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 people and has ample space for a marquee on the lawns.
Imagine if you will, a purpose built, free-standing Ballroom with 30ft high ornate ceilings, crystal chandeliers, open fireplaces, gilt mirrors, tall sash windows all set within acres of beautiful gardens. Now add a 48 hour exclusive hire agreement, so from the morning preceding your wedding to the morning after your married, you may decorate and use the reception venue to host your celebrations, exactly the way you want them.
Walcot Hall – Flexible Wedding Reception Venue
Wedding receptions at Walcot Hall do not come as a package, you may choose your own caterer and bar services, or indeed bring your own alcohol. This allows you flexibility to make your budget work harder for you and the ability to choose suppliers from far and wide, not just the West Midlands. If the thought of organising everything yourself makes you feel a little nervous, please do not worry. We have experienced Wedding Co-ordinator’s on site, who know excellent local suppliers and can effortlessly guide you through the process.
Generally receptions are set out with up to fifteen round tables, each seating between 8 – 10 people. A long top table is also available and white table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided for up to 150 guests.
To re-iterate, no limitations or corkage charges are imposed on couples choosing to supply their own drinks for their wedding.
