Comic Production by the Jam Theatre Collective

The Man Who Was Thursday is a comic riff on G K Chesterton's detective romp and mashes together a psychological thriller, political nightmare and breakneck farce.  The International Terrorist Council is plotting.  The only man who can stop them is one of their own - or is he?  Trapped in a deadly masquerade, Detective Syme must out-terrorize the terrrorists to save the world.  But as he dines with the devil an ugly question rears its head: Whose side is he really on?

The Jam Theatre Collective are in residence at Walcot Hall prior to their Edinburgh Festival commitments.  On 16th July, they produced a Cabaret Evening which delighted a full house crowd in Walcot Ballroom.  These talented performers are bound to entertain in style once again on Friday 30th.
