Walcot Hall is an ideal location for Hen and Stag weekends with a difference! There is so much on offer here and in the surrounding area, so why not make it a long weekend or a little holiday.
For the Hens!
For the Ladies why don’t you stay in one of our beautiful apartments such as the Chapel secluded in our woods for a totally unique and exciting experience. Whilst your here why not try out some of our activities the list is endless: Why not go for a long stroll or bike ride in the stunning Shropshire hills or boating on our stunning lake? We can arrange for beauticians and hairdressers to come to your apartment to pamper you; maybe before a night out in one of our local towns; Ludlow is know for its excellent food and bars. Maybe you want some thing more quieter. The choose Bishops Castle which has a handful of smaller pubs that serve brilliant food and wine.
Those ladies who would like a hen weekend with adventure why don’t you try one of our local outdoor pursuits center. You could go paint balling, quad bike trekking, clay pigeon shooting, archery, white water rafting, abseiling and more!
Walcot Hall is a beautiful place to relax, have fun at and gather with your friends. You are guaranteed a hen weekend like no other. Maybe you would like champagne or cake on arrival…What ever your dream hen weekend, we will do our best to fulfill.
For the Stags
For the Gents you too can stay in one of our apartments such as The Dipping Shed situated by our lake and totally secluded, It comes equipped with a bbq so you can relax looking over the lake with a beer and a burger.
As well as the ladies you too have an vast amount of fun things you can arrange to do during your stag weekend, here are a few ideas: try boating or fishing on our lake, cycling or walking through the stunning Shropshire countryside.Maybe you want your stag weekend to be a bit more adrenaline filled. If that’s the case we can arrange for you to have a day at one of our local outward bound centers. They can provide: paint balling, quad bike trekking, clay pigeon shooting, archery, white water rafting, abseiling and more.
We are surrounded by brilliant local pubs that serve tasty food and local ales. We also have a very good golf courses and race courses.
