The lake to the front of Walcot Hall is divided by a causeway. Ludlow Angling Association have the fishing rights to one side of this causeway and Birmingham to the other. Tickets can be purchased in advance, at the post office in Lydbury North or on the bank. Fishing costs £3.50 per rod per day.
To the rear of Walcot Hall in the Arboretum are 2 more fishing lakes. These are stocked with Perch, Tench and Pike. Fishing here can be arrange in advance or day tickets can be purchased on the bank. The cost is £3.50 per rod per day and these run from dawn until dusk.
